Chaitali Nadkarni
Artist / Art Instructor
Chaitali is an accomplished artist specializing in the Fine Arts. Since childhood, she has been passionate about the Arts and Classical Dance. She got her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Goa College of Art, with a major in Portraiture. Her art is influenced by Rembrandt and Turner’s paintings. She primarily loves to work with mediums like watercolors, soft pastels, charcoal, and acrylics, using portraits, landscapes, and still life paintings as her main subjects.
A Bit About Her
Since 1996, Chaitali has continued her creative journey in the United States. She has exhibited her work in several art exhibitions and has been a judge for numerous art competitions. She has also worked as a backdrop artist for theatrical features as well as an illustrator for short stories and is active in the community. She has also done her Arangetram in Bharatanatyam under the guidance of Shri Heranjal, Smt. Madakini Trivedi and Smt. Sujatha Shrinivasan.
For the past 8 years, Chaitali has been teaching art at CN Creations School of Fine Arts, an art school she founded in Johns Creek, Georgia. She conducts classes on drawing and painting for young and adults, focusing on building technique as well as fostering creativity.
